The process begins with a complete disassembly of the original motorcycle. Every part, from the smallest bolt to the frame, is disassembled and catalogued. This first step allows for a thorough assessment and detailed planning of the electric motorcycle conversion, ensuring that each component is carefully inspected before being restored or replaced.
Assessment and planning of parts to be restored
Each component is assessed to determine what can be restored or reused, and what needs to be custom-built. Our experts specialize in one-off parts manufacturing and motorcycle customization, ensuring that each transformation is both faithful to the original and fully customized to the customer's wishes.
Laser stripping and surface preparation
Before any painting or finishing step, the motorcycle parts are carefully stripped using a laser, a precision method that removes old paint and impurities without altering the original materials. This process ensures that each component is perfectly ready for the next phase.
Reconstruction and conversion to electric motor
The combustion engine is replaced by a high-performance electric motor, while retaining mechanical elements such as the gearbox and the BMW bevel gear. This electric conversion process maintains the legendary driving experience while offering modern and environmentally friendly technology.
Custom refurbishment
The refurbishment of the braking system and suspension is carried out at the customer's request. These components are modernized and replaced with new parts to ensure optimum safety and comfort. Painting the frame and main elements
Regarding the painting, only some specific elements of the motorcycle are concerned: the frame, the tank cover, the rims and the transmission. These components are repainted with a high-quality finish to guarantee a timeless look and an elegant style while preserving the original aesthetics of the motorcycle.
