Pre-Order Refund Clause

In the event that the minimum volume of pre-orders required to launch production of the product is not reached, Bymoss Electric Vehicles undertakes to fully refund all pre-orders placed. Customers will be informed as soon as possible if this pre-order threshold is not reached and will receive their refund within 30 days of this notification.
